With the surge in medical imaging technologies, the employment of iodinated contrast agents has become more commonplace. The medical community has devoted significant attention to adverse reactions from iodinated contrast media. Even so, a standardized procedure for the safe administration of iodinated contrast media, both at home and abroad, is yet to be established in clinical settings. A risk management service system focused on iodinated contrast media infusions is being established to anticipate risks, decrease adverse reactions, and mitigate potential patient harm. During the period from April 2021 to December 2021, a prospective interventional study, known as Method A, was executed at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital in China. The study's methodology included the development of a structured service system for managing the risks associated with the infusion of iodinated contrast media. Before the infusion of iodinated contrast media, a personalized risk identification and assessment was undertaken by a pharmacist-led multidisciplinary team. Risk-stratified early warning, prevention, and adverse reaction management plans were applied throughout the infusion process, from start to finish. Pharmacists, leading a multidisciplinary group, were tasked with evaluating the dangers of infusing iodinated contrast media. Due to their risk factors related to iodinated contrast media, 157 patients were screened out of the study, thereby preventing 22 serious adverse events and enhancing medical care quality. Published accounts of continuous intravenous anakinra infusions in cytokine storms were assessed to determine their applicability as a treatment for other ailments. Moreover, Regions Hospital (St. Paul, Minnesota), a tertiary-level academic medical center in the United States, provided continuous intravenous anakinra infusions for approximately 400 patient days over the past four years, primarily addressing the cytokine storm characteristic of macrophage activation syndrome (MAS) in adults. The protocol, updated, is put forward for review. Even though this is a single protocol, it may act as a foundational resource for the future development of protocols in MAS and other situations. Continuous intravenous anakinra infusion, unlike subcutaneous infusions, may offer a critical advantage in managing severe, life-threatening cytokine storms, as frequently observed in macrophage activation syndrome. This therapy may prove valuable in treating other conditions, specifically Cytokine Release Syndrome, which can be a side effect of CAR T-cell therapy. This study explores the relationship between periconceptional or antenatal HPV vaccination and an increased susceptibility to adverse pregnancy outcomes. From inception until March 2023, the databases of PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and the Cochrane Library's clinical trial sections were scrutinized for relevant research. To investigate the association between HPV vaccination during periconception or pregnancy and adverse pregnancy outcomes, we calculated relative risk (RR), 95% confidence intervals (CIs), and prediction intervals (PIs) in R version 4.1.2 and STATA version 120. The trial sequential analysis (TSA) was carried out using TSA v09.510. Beta software, a trial run, is now accessible to a select group of users. The meta-analysis included eight cohort studies and four randomized controlled trials (RCTs). For four decades, the clinical efficacy of the Shexiang Baoxin Pill (SBP) has been apparent in its consistent use to address cardiovascular issues in China.
