To test the susceptibility to oxidative stress, C. jejuni strains were exposed to the final concentration of 1 mM of H2O2 under microaerophilic condition for 1 hr. For heat and cold stresses, bacterial cells were incubated at 55°C and -20°C for 15 min or 1 hr, respectively.
